By using PoolFX, you agree to the following terms.

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using PoolFX products, services, websites, or mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description. PoolFX provides software tools including forex market analysis, alerts, and educational content. Our products are informational and educational only and do not constitute financial, investment, or brokerage services.
2. Risk Disclaimer. Forex trading carries significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You trade at your own risk and are solely responsible for any profits or losses. Capital is at risk—trade responsibly.
3. No Account Management or Custody. PoolFX does not accept deposits, hold or custody client funds, provide copy trading, manage trading accounts, or execute trades on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for any trading decisions and for placing trades with your chosen broker.
4. Not a Broker or Financial Advisor. PoolFX is not a licensed broker, dealer, investment adviser, or portfolio manager. Nothing on our platforms should be interpreted as personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.
5. Account & Access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials (including any access keys) and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Referral Programme. Any referral rewards are subject to our referral programme rules, which may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the programme at our sole discretion.
7. Acceptable Use. You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
   • Sharing or reselling PoolFX signals or content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
   • Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the Service;
   • Engaging in fraud, abuse, or any illegal activity using or related to the Service.
8. No Guarantees. While we aim to provide high-quality tools and analysis, PoolFX does not guarantee any level of performance, accuracy, or specific trading results. All information is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoolFX and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including trading losses.
10. Modifications to the Service and Terms. PoolFX may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
